| T.J. Edwards introduced a Scout from his troop 4017, Ben Linkous. Ben spoke to us about his Eagle Scout Project. He is putting a reef in Santa Rosa Sound. This reef will aide in attracting fish. Dale Minnik has offered to deploy the reef at no charge. The project will cost $5000. Ben would appreciate any donations. T.J. gave Ben a donation.
